We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor with mid-level experience in high-rise construction projects. The ideal candidate will support cost planning, tendering, contract administration, and project cost control from pre- to post-construction stages.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare accurate quantities and material take-offs from architectural and structural drawings
Assist in preparing BOQs, cost estimates, and tender documents
Evaluate subcontractor quotations and support procurement processes
Monitor project budgets, cash flow, and cost forecasts
Prepare and certify interim payments, variation orders, and final accounts
Collaborate with site teams and consultants to ensure accurate cost tracking
Maintain up-to-date records for all project costs and contract documentation
Ensure compliance with contractual terms and construction standards

Candidate Requirements

Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field
4–6 years of relevant experience, including involvement in high-rise construction projects
Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and contract administration
Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and QS software tools (e.g., CostX, Primavera, Candy – if applicable)
Excellent analytical and numerical skills
Strong communication and negotiation abilities
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
