The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales across sectors such as Government, Military, Oil and Gas, and the Private sector. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Dialux software is essential.

Sales Area: Bahrain, KSA
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote solar and telescopic lamp products across various sectors, including Government, Military, Oil and Gas, and the Private sector.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base by building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations to demonstrate how our products meet client needs.
- Utilize AutoCAD and Dialux software to design and propose customized lighting solutions.
- Provide pre-sales technical assistance, product education, and after-sales support services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product awareness and market penetration.
- Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in lighting sales, with a focus on solar and telescopic lamp products.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Dialux software is essential.
- Demonstrated experience working with clients in Government, Military, Oil and Gas, and the Private sector.
- Strong understanding of LED light fixtures and up-to-date knowledge of industry trends.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
- Valid Bahraini or GCC driving license.
- Bahrain Engineering License (CRPEP) is a plus.
