WE ARE HIRING
Receptionist

Roles and Responsibilities:
Maintain a professional and welcoming environment.
Manage calls, guest inquiries, and front desk operations and direct phone inquiries to the appropriate staff members.
Perform other clerical front office duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, etc.
Prepare the minutes of meetings and perform other duties as assigned.
Schedule appointments for staff and executives.
Process bills and assist clients with inquiries.

Requirements:
• 3–5 years of front desk/reception experience is a must.
• Good personality with a presentable look and must have a good level of hospitality.
• Should have a very good level of verbal and written communication skills in English language.
