GROUND ADMIN is the front line for our nursery and is critical for day-to-day operations. Ground administrators should work in the front desk/reception area of an organization and our nursery and interface with parents and the public on a day-to-day basis. A ground desk administrator's responsibilities include, but are not limited to, greeting parents, data entry, booking appointments, answering customer calls and queries, handling payments, handling nursery correspondence, assisting in office s

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. To collect fees from parents/careers and to ensure that accurate invoices and transaction records are kept and updated as necessary.
2. To maintain accurate databases through CRM portal, soft & hard copies, and paper files as necessary.
3. To collate registers & waiting lists for children and staff on a regular basis.
4. To prepare financial and other reports as required and to manage the petty cash system.
5. To maintain the nursery’s accounting records in accordance with the accounting procedures.
6. To collate outcomes from top management with reference to children’s settling-in and start date procedures.
7. To oversee administrative arrangements for events, meetings, and training events.
8. To process correspondence and arrange appointments for top management.
9. To draft newsletters, memo, and other correspondence, as required.
10. To collate orders for administrative supplies and facilitate payments.
11. To contribute to and attend his/her supervisions and staff appraisal.
12. To attend regular team meetings, conferences, training events or other meetings as identified by the Nursery General Manager.
13. To take minutes of meeting as required.
14. To ensure adherence to nursery’s code of practice on confidentiality.
15. To keep up to date with current good practice.
16. To perform any other duties as deemed necessary by the Nursery Manager.
