Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled Restaurant Manager who specializes in kitchen safety and is fully knowledgeable of Ministry of Public Health (MOPH) regulations. The ideal candidate will manage overall restaurant operations with a focus on maintaining strict compliance with health and safety standards, ensuring food quality, and leading staff training and development.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all restaurant operations with a focus on kitchen safety and hygiene.
Ensure full compliance with all MOPH rules, regulations, and guidelines related to food safety and sanitation.
Lead, supervise, and train restaurant and kitchen staff to adhere to established procedures and standards.
Monitor employee competency, provide continuous training, and foster a culture of ongoing improvement.
Oversee food preparation and service to guarantee quality, safety, and consistency.
Maintain, review, and ensure accurate completion of all required logs, such as food chillers, cooking temperatures, cleaning schedules, and staff hygiene records.
Conduct regular internal audits and inspections to ensure compliance and take corrective action as needed.
Collaborate with senior management to update policies and training programs aligned with MOPH standards.
Handle customer concerns related to food safety or quality in a professional manner.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager with a focus on kitchen safety and food hygiene.
In-depth knowledge of MOPH food safety and sanitation regulations in Qatar.
Strong leadership and staff management skills, including training and development.
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to maintaining food quality and safety standards.
Ability to handle administrative tasks such as completing and maintaining log sheets and reports.
