Job Details :

• Knowledge of IT infrastructure, data readiness, and network setup
• Understanding of security, compliance, and data governance in cloud environments
• Experience using dashboards (e.g., Microsoft 365 Copilot Dashboard, Power BI)
• Ability to track KPIs like adoption rates, productivity gains, and ROI
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Experience working with government or large enterprise clients
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and executive reporting
• Must have valid Kuwaiti id and locally available
