Job Summary: Glaube Logistics is seeking a detail-oriented and The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating with clients and internal teams, and ensuring seamless communication to support the sales team with lead generation, follow-ups, and closing inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the sales team in lead generation, cold calls, and fixing meeting appointments.
Handle customer inquiries and follow up on leads to ensure a smooth sales process.
Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate customer and sales data.
Track and monitor sales performance metrics and generate reports for management.
Support the onboarding of new clients by assisting with documentation and contracts.Assist in planning and organizing sales meetings.
Manage administrative duties such as maintaining records, handling correspondence, and preparing reports.
Involve in research and development for lead generation and connect with prospects that fit Glaube.

Requirements:

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented and proactive approach to work.
