Job Responsibilities
-Monitor End to end operations process.
- Monitor key client performance & efficiency.
-Analyze data & provide insights.
-Deep diving into the data and provide process improvement plans.
- Monitor & share daily, Weekly & Monthly reports to the AM's And operations team.
Work on Account manager queries.
Handle Daily,Weekly & monthly meetings with operations.
Other tasks assigned by the line manager.
Job Qualifications:
bachelor's degree
Atleast 3-5 yrs e-commerce experience inside KSA with known companies
