Experience: Minimum 2 years in a corporate legal environment
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B or equivalent)
Strong understanding of Labor Laws in KSA
Fluent in English (written and verbal); Arabic language skills are an advantage
Proven experience in drafting, reviewing, and advising on commercial contracts
Excellent research, investigation, and analytical skills
Ability to present complex legal issues clearly and understandably
Proactive problem-solver with a strategic approach
Confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information
Ability to identify core issues and advise appropriately
Key Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and provide legal advice on a variety of commercial contracts and agreements
Support the Finance Manager in legal matters related to finance and compliance
Offer guidance on disputes, litigation, and regulatory compliance matters
Conduct legal research on new and updated laws/regulations; prepare memorandums and legal opinions for departments
Promote legal awareness within the organization through internal training and counseling
Develop and maintain an annual schedule for legal and regulatory compliance reporting for different business units in KSA
Represent the company in legal proceedings and court cases as required
Review vendor contracts, company policies, and recommend necessary amendments
Monitor legal compliance to prevent claims, disputes, and escalation of issues
Resolve employment disputes through arbitration and mutual agreement
Draft employment contracts, forms, and policies with legal considerations
Organize and file all contractual and legal documentation
Handle basic contract negotiations and amendments
