Customer Service/Sales Coordinator

We are expanding our team and looking for a dynamic, experienced individual with knowledge of construction tools, equipment, consumables, and building materials to join our team.
Role Responsibilities:
Prepare customer quotations using our SAP-based system.
Arrange and manage orders and deliveries to ensure timely fulfillment.
Collaborate with the Sales team to meet customer requirements.
Coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Customer Service or Sales Coordinator, preferably in the construction industry.
Experience working with an inventory-based SAP system.
Excellent communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and other office applications.
Must be willing to relocate to Saudi Arabia.
