Responsibilities:
Prepare and manage cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports for electrical and instrumentation works
Conduct tender evaluations and contract negotiations
Monitor project costs and expenditures throughout the project lifecycle
Manage change orders and variation claims
Ensure compliance with contractual and safety standards
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to control costs and maximize value
Review and analyze subcontractor and supplier invoices
Track procurement and contractual documentation
Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in Mining, Petrochemical, or Oil & Gas projects
Proven experience with EPCM and construction projects
Saudi work experience is mandatory
Strong knowledge of electrical and instrumentation scope of work
Familiarity with industry standards and contract management
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
