We are looking for a skilled maintenance team leader to oversee daily and emergency maintenance tasks, covering HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems. The role includes managing both preventive and corrective maintenance programs to ensure all systems operate efficiently and reliably.
Job Purpose:
The maintenance team leader is responsible for overseeing daily maintenance operations, managing a team of technicians, and ensuring that all equipment, systems, and facilities are maintained in optimal working condition. This includes preventive and corrective maintenance tasks in areas such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general building maintenance
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and supervise the maintenance team, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
• Ensure timely completion of preventive and corrective maintenance work orders.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment and systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Schedule and coordinate regular inspections and maintenance activities.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Assist in the planning and execution of maintenance projects and upgrades.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment history, and inventory.
• Liaise with contractors and vendors for outsourced maintenance work when required.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests as needed, including during off-hours.
Requirements:
Education: Diploma in mechanical/electrical a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in building or facility maintenance.
Skills:
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical infrastructure, and plumbing.
• Experience with preventive maintenance planning and execution.
• Leadership and team coordination skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Good communication and organizational skills
