Learning and Development Specialist
Job Location : United Arab Emirates
Job Details :
• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in Learning and Development, with a strong preference for backgrounds in government entities.
• Bachelor's degree is required; advanced certifications in L&D or HR are a plus
• Proven experience in strategic planning and execution of employee development programs Proficiency in L&D platforms and tools is a plus.
• Learning Management Systems (LMS): Moodle and Cornerstone E-Learning Authoring Required Tools:
• Adobe Captiva Assessment & feedback tools: Kahoot Mentimeter and SurveyMonkey.
• Data analysis and reporting tools: Excel, Poser BI
Key Responsibilities :
• Design and implement learning and development strategies aligned with the organization's goals
• Conduct training needs analysis and recommend appropriate learning solutions Develop and manage training programs, workshops, and e-learning platforms
• Evaluate training effectiveness and provide performance improvement recommendations
• Collaborate with department heads and HR to address capability gaps
• Ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulatory frameworks related to L&D Track learning metrics and prepare regular reports for senior leadership
