The Job
Job Description:

We are seeking a confident and proactive Tele caller to join our iGaming support team. Your role will be to engage with players, answer queries, resolve issues, and ensure an exceptional customer experience via phone, WhatsApp, and live chat.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound & outbound calls professionally
Resolve player queries related to gameplay, payments, and accounts
Maintain records of customer interactions
Provide accurate and timely information
Upsell promotions and bonuses when applicable

Ideal Candidate
Requirements:
