Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
– Configure and manage FortiGate firewalls, routers, and wireless access points
– Provide prompt hardware and software technical support for end-users
– Troubleshoot and resolve IT support tickets efficiently, including site visits when required
– Support and manage Office365 applications and user accounts
– Assist in network setup, configuration, and maintain accurate network documentation
– Perform regular system checks, updates, and ensure network security best practices
– Collaborate with IT team to improve infrastructure and user experience
Candidate Requirements:
– Minimum 3+ years of IT technical support experience
– Hands-on experience with FortiGate firewalls and wireless access points
– Strong understanding of networking concepts and systems administration
– Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
– Good communication skills in English (written & spoken)
