Role Purpose:

The Director of Tech Projects and Strategy is responsible for leading the strategic planning and execution of major technology projects within the Tech & Digital department. This role involves developing and implementing strategies that support the company's digital transformation goals, managing project portfolios, and ensuring the successful delivery of technology initiatives. The Director will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to drive project success and strategic alignment.

Key Accountabilities:

1- Strategic Planning;

Develop a comprehensive technology project strategy aligned with business goals.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify project priorities and resource allocation.
Conduct market research to inform technology adoption and project direction.

2- Project Oversight;

Monitor project progress and performance against defined KPIs.
Implement risk management strategies to mitigate project risks.
Facilitate communication between project teams and senior management.

3- Stakeholder Engagement;

Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
Gather feedback to inform project adjustments and enhancements.
Engage with external partners to leverage technology solutions.

4- Team Leadership;

Recruit, mentor, and develop project management talent within the team.
Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Conduct performance reviews and set development goals for direct reports.

5- Project Oversight;

Monitor project progress and performance against defined KPIs.
Implement risk management strategies to mitigate project risks.
Facilitate communication between project teams and senior management.
