We are in urgent requirement for candidates with the following

Experience: 2-3 years in Supermarket Field
Must be able to learn inventory software and manage branch inventory

Duties include and not limited to:

Day closing – make sure day close is done properly and report send to head office
Send invoices and bills to head office daily
Ensure proper paper works of inter-branch transfer and ensure qty and rate is check when transferring and receiving.
Goods receiving – Ensure that the purchased goods are received via PDT only with signature.
Goods return – you will be required to track and return expiry good to suppliers and check shelves randomly to ensure no expiry is displayed.
Branch petty cash you will be accountable for handing branch petty cash and it must be maintained properly
Ensure purchase is done based on system stock to ensure that system stock matches with physical stock.
Ensure the branched assets are maintained properly and is working properly.
