Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes.
Interact with customers in a friendly, professional manner, taking orders and offering recommendations.
Check identification to verify legal drinking age.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, including glassware, utensils, and workstations.
Ensure responsible alcohol service and adherence to licensing laws.
Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies as needed.
Handle cash register and process payments accurately.
Monitor customer behavior and intervene if necessary to promote safety.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of the bar.
Follow all health, safety, and sanitation policies.
Qualifications:
