Receptionist
Job Location : Kuwait
Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and candidates professionally.
• Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate personnel.
• Manage the scheduling of appointments and meetings for the recruitment team.
• Maintain an organized filing system for client and candidate records..
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently.
• Coordinate with other departments to facilitate smooth operations.
Preferred Candidate:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
• Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.
• Knowledge of HR practices is a plus.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic
