Personnel & Admin Officer
Job Location : Kuwait
Responsibilities:
• Responsible to assist in completion of all documentation and correspondence prior to the starting date of new employees for SOS and its clients.
• Responsible for updating personal database and sending notice/correspondence to employees for any evaluation, HR disciplinary or any other matters.
• Updating and completion of filing system for personnel records in accordance with the policies and procedures.
• Ensuring complete accuracy and confidentiality to company’s documents, its staff information and client’s contracts.
• Maintaining Employee Documents for SOS staff, Contract staff and for HR outsourcing companies.
• Maintaining, updating and recording SOS licenses in various ministries and governmental bodies in relation to its trade.
• Maintaining company contracts with Clients and Associates.
• Assisting in drafting contracts and proposals.
• Representing SOS legally in all Governmental departments.
• Monitoring staff performance and attendance.
• Liaising with payroll, absence recording, and holiday recording system.
• Administering the probationary review time periods.
• Advising line managers and other employees on employment law and employer’s own employment policies and procedures.
• Liaise with staff, supporting staff for their queries related to HR.
• Solving enquiries and problems from staff and departments, to provide proper advice through Kuwait Labor Law.
• To assist in procurement for projects.
• To assist in organizing other employee benefits and recognition awards.
• Looking after the health, safety and welfare of all employees.
• Supervises the Mandoop, client’s Mandoop (if any) and Office boy.
• Liaising with the legal firm of SOS for regulatory purposes.
