Role Summary – Sales Specialist
As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving the sales and technical promotion of KUROTEC AND AGRU products across the Kingdom. The role requires strong engineering acumen, consultative selling skills, and a proactive approach to market development.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and develop new business opportunities for KUROTEC AND AGRU piping systems, liners, and thermoplastics in sectors including infrastructure, industrial facilities, utilities, and mining.
• Engage with consultants, EPC contractors, project developers, and procurement stakeholders to promote KUROTEC AND AGRU’s value proposition.
• Prepare and deliver technical-commercial proposals, quotations, and contract documentation.
• Coordinate with KUROTEC AND AGRU’s global engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
• Monitor tender portals and procurement pipelines for relevant opportunities.
• Support the full sales lifecycle, from lead generation to contract award and post-sales technical assistance.
• Represent Hi-Tech, KUROTEC and AGRU at industry events, exhibitions, and technical workshops.
• Provide accurate reporting on sales activity, forecasts, and market intelligence.

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Civil, or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in technical sales or business development (preferably in engineered Non Metallic piping systems, plastics, or industrial solutions).
• Solid understanding of thermoplastics (PE, PP, PVDF, ECTFE), welding technologies, and their applications in infrastructure and industrial settings.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
• Valid Saudi driving license and willingness to travel as required.

Preferred Qualifications
• Existing relationships with consultants, utilities, or industrial clients in Saudi Arabia.
• Familiarity with project procurement cycles (ARAMCO, SWCC, NWC, Royal Commission, NEOM, etc.).
• Experience in geomembranes, chemical systems, or concrete protection applications.
