We are seeking an experienced Mechanical & Construction Manager to oversee and coordinate all aspects of mechanical systems installation and construction activities on our projects. The ideal candidate will manage multidisciplinary teams, ensure project timelines and budgets are met, and maintain high standards of safety and quality across all phases of construction and mechanical installation.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise mechanical and construction teams to ensure project deliverables are achieved on time and within budget
Plan, coordinate, and oversee construction activities, including site management, scheduling, and resource allocation
Review technical drawings, specifications, and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
Manage procurement, vendor relationships, and contract negotiations
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to mitigate delays or issues
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and safety compliance
Collaborate with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
Prepare and manage project budgets, cost estimates, and reports
Promote a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement
