We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage and optimize our online sales channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving traffic, increasing sales, and enhancing the customer shopping experience across our e-commerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of the e-commerce website and online marketplaces.
Update product listings, descriptions, prices, and images regularly.
Monitor website performance and analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities.
Coordinate with the marketing team to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and resolve issues promptly.
Manage inventory levels and coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams.
Collaborate with IT and design teams for website improvements and troubleshooting.
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales volume, conversion rate, and bounce rate.
Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience in e-commerce management or online sales.
Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce).
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics (Google Analytics, AdWords, etc.).
