Job Role: Senior HR Supervisor
Duties and responsibilities:
Oversee daily HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, benefits administration, and employee records management.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws and company policies.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and conflict resolution.
Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations issues and disciplinary actions.
Support the performance review process by guiding managers and employees through goal-setting, evaluations, and development plans.
Identify training and development needs and coordinate appropriate programs or workshops.
Mentor junior HR team members and foster their professional growth.
Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring efficient hiring timelines and alignment with company goals.
Collaborate with department heads to forecast staffing needs.
Participate in interviews and selection for key positions.
Prepare and analyze HR metrics and dashboards to inform leadership decisions.
Monitor key indicators such as turnover, absenteeism, and engagement to recommend improvements.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any related field.
3-5 years of related work experience
Computer / MS office software literacy.
