Looking professional project engineer for one of the biggest company , Liaison and coordination with consultants, architects, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Technical coordination and overall construction management.
• Tendering projects, preparing comparison statements, and negotiating with main contractors and subcontractors.
• Appointment and management of contractors and subcontractors for in-house projects.
• Preparation of contract agreements in collaboration with legal counsel.
• Preparation of method statements and ensuring compliance with specifications.
• Ordering materials, plant, and equipment in coordination with field supervisors.
• Expediting material deliveries in collaboration with purchase coordinators and suppliers.
• Preparation of progress reports and work programs.
• Analysing, querying, and resolving technical field engineering issues.
• Observing and enforcing health and safety standards on site.
• Assigning and coordinating workforce for in-house maintenance and operational activities.
• Coordination between subcontractors to ensure seamless workflow.
• Preparation and maintenance of as-built records, drawings, and schedules.
• Resolution of Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and ensuring corrective actions.
• Reviewing and approving contractors’ invoices, variations, and requests for time extensions.
