HR is responsible for providing HR support for site projects, ensuring site project teams have the resources and personnel they need to succeed, and addressing HR-related issues arising at the project site.
The key responsibilities include:
1. Partners with Operations Manager and Project Engineer to identify and address HR needs for assigned projects.
2. Assists with project staffing, recruitment, and onboarding of project personnel.
3. Manages employee relations and resolves HR issues on project sites.
4. Ensures adherence to HR policies and procedures within the project context.
5. Maintains project HR records and documentation.
6. Acts as a liaison between project teams and the central HR department.
