Job Description:
Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other key stakeholders to ensure project plans, specifications, budgets, and timelines are achieved.
Oversee and manage day-to-day construction activities on assigned projects, ensuring strict adherence to quality standards and safety protocols.
Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using advanced project management software.
Manage and monitor project budgets, proactively identifying and mitigating potential cost overruns.
Lead and supervise construction crews to ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality work.
Conduct regular site inspections to enforce quality control and address potential issues early.
Process and manage all change orders and variations, ensuring proper documentation and approvals.
Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders including clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
Keep accurate and up-to-date project documentation such as daily logs, meeting minutes, and progress reports.
Implement and enforce comprehensive safety regulations across all construction sites.
Manage procurement, logistics, and timely delivery of materials and equipment.
Resolve construction-related challenges swiftly to maintain project progress and integrity.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred).
10–15 years of proven experience in a similar role within high-grade (A or B) construction companies.
Demonstrated ability to establish and manage a new department or company with comprehensive operational knowledge from A to Z.
Strong expertise in technical, financial, and administrative aspects of construction management.
Must have a construction background; consulting experience is not applicable.
Experience managing multiple projects including large-scale high-rise and villa developments.
Proven capability to handle large workforces (300+ employees).
Strong leadership qualities with a robust character and personality capable of running entire construction operations.
Valid driver’s license is mandatory.
