URGENT NEED OF MIDDLE LEVEL PLANNING ENGINEER IN OMAN FOR BUILDING PROJECT ( Hospital )- ( To perform schedule development, maintenance and monitoring activities as directed and lead planning and scheduling activities when delegated )

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor of Engineering (Civil / MEP), Primavera – P6 v8.2, MS Office Suite, Microsoft Project (MSP)
• 10 to 12 yrs. (GCC Experience Minimum 08 yrs.)- Preferably in the field of Hospital Building Projects & Commercial & Residential Buildings Projects.
• GCC Driving License will preferable
• Strong understanding in the basic planning activities such as construction, scheduling/programming, updating & tracking the progress
• Managed cost of the project based on the cost monitoring & controlling
• Skilled in planning and executing projects with a flair for adopting modern methodologies; complying with quality standard
• Ensure that all safety standards are followed and plans are in place to minimize any potential for shortcomings during the construction phase.
• To determine milestones to support project schedule, including identification of contractual milestones.
• Produce detailed progress reports, productivity reports, and overall project reports.
• Coordinate and liaise with the project manager to ensure that the project progress is on track as per agreed timelines.
• To identify inter-discipline restraints or interfaces which define activity sequences and work with the performing organizations and units to coordinate work sequences within total project plan.
• Extremely organized and disciplined with excellent communication skills and a realistic approach to Planning.
