Job Title: Cybersecurity Sales Account Manager / Sales Representative

Job Location - Remote

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Cybersecurity Sales Account Manager to join our team. This role is focused on driving revenue growth by selling our cybersecurity solutions and services, building trusted relationships with clients, and ensuring their long-term success. The ideal candidate has a strong background in B2B sales within the Saudi market, with knowledge of cybersecurity products, compliance frameworks, and managed services.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Cybersecurity, or related field (preferred).
• 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 1 year in cybersecurity or IT services.
• Strong knowledge of the Saudi cybersecurity market, including vendors, distributors, and channel ecosystem.
• Understanding of cybersecurity solutions, penetration testing, secure web development, and compliance frameworks (ISO, NCA, SOC 2, etc.).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
• Proficiency with CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in penetration testing, cybersecurity compliance (ISO 27001, NCA ECC, CST), vulnerability management, and secure web development.
• Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and post-sales account management.
• Conduct consultative sales meetings to understand client needs and propose tailored cybersecurity and web solutions.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with clients across SMB and enterprise segments in Saudi Arabia.
• Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure accurate scoping, proposal development, and smooth handover to service delivery.
• Work closely with cybersecurity vendors and distributors to strengthen partnerships, leverage channel programs,and expand solution offerings.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations to decision-makers and executives.
• Maintain an up-to-date pipeline in the CRM and provide accurate sales forecasting.
• Consistently achieve or exceed revenue targets and KPIs.
