The Site Construction Manager is responsible for overseeing all on-site construction activities, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality and safety standards. The role involves managing site teams, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring effective communication between site operations and project management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage day-to-day site operations and construction activities.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain workflow.
- Monitor work progress and prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
- Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental standards on-site.
- Resolve on-site issues and delays promptly to keep the project on schedule.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure construction quality.
