Dynamics 365 F&O Functional & Technical Consultant

Job Location : Kuwait

Responsibilities:

• Analyze, gather, and document business and functional requirements across various D365 F&O modules, aligning them with system capabilities and best practices.
• Design, configure, develop, test, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O solutions to meet business objectives.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate business needs into end-to-end functional and technical solutions.
• Integrate D365 F&O with third-party systems (e.g., WMS, CRM, logistics platforms) using standard or custom integration tools and connectors.
• Develop and maintain APIs and integrations to ensure secure and efficient data exchange between systems.
• Ensure the system architecture, configurations, and customizations follow Microsoft best practices and cloud standards, including Azure.
• Deliver user training, testing support, and post-go-live functional and technical troubleshooting across all modules.
• Perform root cause analysis, issue resolution, and change management related to both functional processes and technical components.
• Optimize application performance, streamline workflows, and ensure overall system stability and compliance.
• Maintain detailed documentation for configurations, customizations, integrations, test cases, and user procedures.
