Procurement Officer

Job Location : Doha, Qatar

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with company objectives.
• Source and evaluate suppliers and vendors based on quality, price, delivery time, and service.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions to secure favorable agreements.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.
• Coordinate with project managers to understand material requirements and timelines.
• Monitor stock levels and oversee inventory management to prevent shortages.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations in procurement activities.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably in the construction industry.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficient in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of the local market and supplier landscape in Qatar is highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
