The Executive Secretary for Contracting Company should be specialized to supports the CEO and senior management of the company by managing daily business, organizing appointments, handling correspondence and reports, and maintaining the confidentiality of information, with an emphasis on efficiency and organization in the contracting company's work environment.

• Should Poses the experience in dealing with accreditation platforms and qualification platforms in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• He has sufficient experience in the necessary programs in this regard.
• Should have more than 4 Years of Saudi Arabian Executive Experiences in Secretarial Works Fluent with multiple Languages Including most Important Arabic and English
• Academic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field.

Responsibilities:
• Correspondence Management:
• Receive, sort, and route incoming and outgoing mail, and handle it professionally.
• Schedule meeting times, coordinate participants' schedules, and book meeting rooms.
Report and Document Preparation:
• Maintain organized filing and record keeping systems, ensuring the confidentiality of important information.
Internal and External Communication:
• Answering phone calls from employees and clients, and welcoming visitors and guests.
Administrative Support:
• Assisting the CEO with various tasks to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Coordination with Other Departments:
• Cooperating with various departments within the company to ensure the success of work and presentations.

Organizational Skills:
• Experience in executive secretarial or administrative work.
• Strong ability to manage time, prioritize, and organize multiple tasks.
Communication Skills:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
Computer Proficiency:
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Professionalism and Confidentiality:
• Strict commitment to confidentiality and professionalism in handling information.
Flexibility:
• Ability to work under pressure and adhere to deadlines and required adjustments.
