Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and monitor quality assurance policies and procedures.
Conduct regular audits and inspections of clinical and non-clinical areas.
Analyze data related to patient safety, infection control, and service quality.
Identify areas for improvement and recommend corrective actions.
Facilitate staff training on quality standards and compliance.
Investigate patient complaints and incidents, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up.
Prepare reports and present findings to management.
Ensure compliance with local and international healthcare regulations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Nursing, or related field; certifications in QA preferred.
Experience in healthcare quality assurance or clinical auditing.
Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards (e.g., JCI, ISO).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and report-writing abilities.
