Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain detailed project cost estimates and budgets for MEP works.
Track and analyze project costs, forecasts, and expenditures regularly.
Prepare cost reports, cash flow projections, and variance analysis.
Review and process subcontractor invoices and procurement costs.
Collaborate with project teams to identify cost-saving opportunities.
Monitor compliance with contractual and financial agreements.
Assist in change order evaluations and cost impact assessments.
Ensure accurate documentation of all cost control activities.
Support project managers with financial reporting.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related discipline.
Minimum 10 years of experience in cost control for building projects, with a focus on MEP works.
Strong knowledge of cost control software and tools.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Prior experience working in UAE or GCC markets preferred.
