Now Hiring: Chancellor for a Medical University in Al Ain!
Overview:
We are looking for an accomplished senior academic leader to assume the role of Chancellor at a medical university located in Al Ain. This is a strategic, full-time executive appointment that will oversee academic excellence, institutional governance, accreditation, and external relations while driving the university’s long-term vision and reputation.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in a comparable senior academic leadership position (e.g., Chancellor, Vice-Chancellor, Provost, Dean).
• Preferably demonstrable experience within UK or North American higher education systems.
• Proven track record in academic governance, curriculum oversight, research development, faculty recruitment and development, and accreditation processes.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to represent the university to government bodies, industry partners, and international institutions.
• Strategic thinker with experience developing and implementing institutional plans, quality assurance frameworks, and growth strategies.
• Willingness to relocate to Al Ain and commit to a full-time executive role.
