Ercon Middle East Al Saudi Contracting is seeking an experienced Irrigation & Softscape Foreman with a civil engineering background to supervise and execute landscaping, irrigation, and softscape projects. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and hands-on experience in managing teams and ensuring high-quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily site activities related to irrigation networks, plantation, turfing, and other softscape works.
• Coordinate with engineers and project managers to ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Lead and manage site workforce to achieve project milestones within schedule and budget.
• Ensure proper installation and maintenance of irrigation systems, including pumps, pipelines, valves, and controllers.
• Monitor material usage, ensure safety compliance, and maintain site discipline.
• Prepare progress reports and provide technical support to the project team.

Qualifications & Skills:
• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience as an Irrigation/Softscape Foreman in landscaping or civil projects.
• Strong knowledge of irrigation systems, horticulture practices, and softscape works.
• Ability to read and interpret civil/landscape drawings and specifications.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver results on time.
