Purpose:
Responsible for managing the full onboarding process of new employees, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws and a smooth employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare employment offers and handle onboarding documentation.
Coordinate visa, Emirates ID, medical, and other government processes with the PRO.
Conduct orientations and HR inductions; communicate company policies and benefits.
Arrange flights, transport, housing, and logistics for new hires.
Maintain HR records, ensure compliance, and suggest process improvements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
2–4 years HR/onboarding experience in the UAE (preferred).
Native Tagalog speaker with strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and visa processes.
Skilled in MS Office and HRIS systems; detail-oriented with excellent communication.
