Role Overview:
Seeking a Junior Logistics Executive with hands-on experience in the UAE logistics sector. The role involves supporting daily logistics operations, coordinating shipments, and ensuring the smooth delivery of products.
Key Responsibilities:
– Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring logistics and supply chain operations.
– Track shipments and ensure on-time delivery across the UAE & GCC.
– Liaise with shipping agents, transporters, and warehouse teams.
– Prepare and manage shipping documents, invoices, and customs paperwork.
– Maintain accurate logistics records and update tracking reports.
– Support in resolving delivery delays or discrepancies.
– Collaborate with sales & procurement teams to align logistics with business needs.
Requirements:
– 1–2 years of proven logistics experience in the UAE (mandatory).
– Knowledge of import/export documentation and UAE customs procedures.
– Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
– Fluency in English (spoken & written) is required.
– Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
– Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Compensation & Benefits:
– Salary: AED 4,500 – 5,000 per month
