We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Social Media Manager to lead our
agency’s social media strategy, content planning, and digital engagement initiatives. This
role requires a highly creative individual with proven expertise in managing large-scale
social media campaigns and delivering measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand
objectives.
• Create and manage content calendars for multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram,
LinkedIn, X, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
• Conceptualize and implement creative guerrilla marketing stunts and viral content
ideas.
• Analyze performance metrics, generate reports, and optimize campaigns for maximum
engagement.
• Collaborate with creative, design, and strategy teams to deliver high-impact
campaigns.
• Lead community management and foster authentic engagement with audiences.
• Stay updated on emerging social media trends, tools, and competitor activities.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field (Master’s
preferred).
• Minimum of 6–8 years of proven experience in social media management at an agency
or leading brand.
• Strong portfolio of successful campaigns demonstrating creativity and measurable
impact.
• Excellent knowledge of analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Sprout,
Hootsuite, etc.).
• Exceptional copywriting, communication, and leadership skills.
