Business Development Manager / Leader
FixIt is seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager / Leader to drive growth, strategize expansion, and lead innovative initiatives across our services. This is an extremely urgent requirement for a proactive and motivated professional ready to make a significant impact in a rapidly growing startup environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the growth and strategic direction of FixIt.
Bring in new clients and maintain strong vendor/supplier relationships.
Lead digitalization initiatives across FixIt’s services.
Execute innovative ideas to enhance service delivery and market presence.
Support expansion efforts and talent acquisition as needed.
Collaborate with teams to drive results with proactive and enthusiastic leadership.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree; Master’s Degree is a plus.
Experience:
Mandatory: Leadership experience and prior experience working with or at manpower companies.
Essential Skills:
Strong leadership and team management qualities.
Growth-oriented mindset with strategic thinking capabilities.
Tech-savvy and willing to adopt new tools.
Excellent teamwork, collaboration, and proactive problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of the manpower industry is an advantage.
Language Requirements:
English (mandatory)
Arabic, Malayalam/Tamil (ideal)
