Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated Beauty Retail Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for beauty, excellent customer service skills, and knowledge of hair care and skincare products.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing hair care and beauty products.
• Provide expert advice on product usage, benefits, and trends.
• Maintain product displays and ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
• Monitor stock levels and communicate inventory needs to management.
• Stay updated on the latest beauty trends and competitor products in the GCC market.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the store.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in beauty retail, hair care, or cosmetics sales (1-3 years preferred).
• Strong knowledge of hair care products and beauty industry trends in the GCC.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service and personalized product recommendations.
• Professional, enthusiastic, and self-motivated.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Preferred:
• Experience working in premium beauty retail chains (Sephora, Boots, Faces, etc.).
• Knowledge of GCC consumer preferences and best-selling beauty products.
