Key Responsibilities:
Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine layout requirements for piping systems.
Cut, thread, bend, and install pipes using hand and power tools.
Install and connect pipes, valves, fittings, and fixtures for systems like water, steam, gas, or oil.
Perform leak tests, pressure checks, and system inspections.
Conduct repairs and maintenance on existing piping systems.
Work with materials such as carbon steel, stainless steel, PVC, and copper.
Ensure all tasks are performed in compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
Coordinate with engineers, welders, and other tradespeople on large projects.
Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
