The Telecom Inspector – Quality Control (QC) is responsible for inspecting and ensuring the quality and compliance of telecom installation, maintenance, and infrastructure works. This role ensures that all telecom systems, components, and installations meet company standards, client requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
🛠 Key Responsibilities:
Conduct routine inspections of telecom installations (fiber, towers, BTS, cabling, etc.).
Verify that all work complies with project specifications, industry standards (e.g., ISO, IEEE), and safety regulations.
Perform quality audits on vendor and subcontractor works.
Document inspection results, deficiencies, and corrective actions in detailed QC reports.
Collaborate with engineering and site teams to resolve quality-related issues.
Ensure proper implementation of testing procedures for telecom equipment (signal testing, fiber splicing quality, etc.).
Participate in final acceptance inspections and handovers.
Maintain records of test results, certifications, and compliance documents.
Ensure tools, equipment, and inspection devices are properly calibrated.
Report non-conformities and initiate corrective/preventive action processes (NCR/CAPA
