Job Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales growth.
Identify customer needs and provide appropriate product or service solutions.
Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid communication and persuasive skills.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer preferences.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and product demonstrations.
Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with clients in line with company policies.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, customer service) to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth order fulfillment.
Track, analyze, and report on sales performance and market trends.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions in CRM systems.
Attend trade shows, networking events, and industry conferences to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.

Job Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred).
Proven work experience as a Sales Specialist, Sales Executive, or in a similar sales role.
Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and customer relationship management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Strong presentation and product demonstration skills.
Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities.
Time management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Flexibility to travel and meet clients when required.
Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
