We are looking for a highly experienced Civil & Mechanical Engineer to lead and develop our division. The ideal candidate must be capable of handling technical, commercial, and business development responsibilities with strong leadership and project management skills.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 10 years of experience in construction, maintenance, or industrial projects.
Must hold a valid transferable Iqama (immediate transfer).
Nationality: Indian or Filipino.
Arabic communication will be an added advantage.
Proven experience in client handling, site supervision, estimation, and business generation.
Strong coordination skills with clients, suppliers, and site teams.
Must be self-driven with the ability to bring new business and develop the division.
