The Project Manager is responsible for managing key client projects, ensuring their successful delivery within scope, schedule, and budget. The role is pivotal to project success, requiring strong coordination, communication, and leadership skills. The Project Manager acts as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams, overseeing all project phases from initiation to closure.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage key client projects, ensuring timely, within scope, and within budget delivery.
Coordinate and complete projects, setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring progress.
Prepare and present project status reports to upper management.
Collaborate with the Head of PM and presales teams to understand project scope and ensure smooth project management post-bid.
Work with the contracts team to review and mitigate risks within client contracts prior to signing.
Collaborate with technical managers to ensure resource availability and mobilization before project kick-off.
Oversee the handover process from bidding to operations, ensuring smooth project initiation.
Define project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
Develop detailed project schedules in coordination with all stakeholders, including the client’s PM.
Identify project risks and develop action plans, ensuring all parties are aware and prepared.
Communicate project objectives, targets, and responsibilities clearly to all team members.
Monitor daily project activities to ensure progress aligns with plan.
Represent Giza Systems in meetings and communications with client representatives.
Maintain continuous communication with all stakeholders to keep project on track.
Proactively manage challenges, issues, and changes to scope, schedule, and costs.
Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and purchasing to ensure timely material delivery.
Review and assure the quality of all client deliverables before submission.
Follow up on approvals and compile acceptance documentation.
Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
Oversee project invoicing and coordinate with Finance for interim and final payments.
Support revenue collection efforts and ensure adherence to internal policies.
Highlight project slippages and initiate corrective actions.
Monitor project financials, including revenue and cash flow status.
Escalate issues and report project progress to senior management.

Personal Skills:
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
Leadership qualities with the ability to lead diverse teams.
Proficiency in technical report writing.
Fluency in English.

Technical Skills:
PMP or equivalent project management certification is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of Oracle project management methodologies (e.g., OUM, AIM).
Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Applications (ERP, HCM, SCM) or Oracle E-Business Suite R12.
Hands-on experience managing full-cycle Oracle ERP implementations.
Oracle Cloud Project Management Certification.
Agile/Scrum certification (preferred).
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and MS Project.
Experience delivering Oracle Cloud ERP projects for government clients in KSA, with understanding of local business culture and public sector operations.

Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
