Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable IT Technician specializing in computer systems to join our organization in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computer hardware, software, and networks. You will also support end-users and ensure optimal IT system performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and maintain desktop and laptop computers (Windows/macOS/Linux).
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues.
Set up and manage user accounts, permissions, and passwords.
Provide technical support to staff on-site and remotely.
Maintain inventory of IT assets (hardware, software licenses, etc.).
Assist with the setup of printers, scanners, and other peripherals.
Monitor and maintain local area networks (LAN), internet connectivity, and cabling.
Apply regular system updates, patches, and antivirus protections.
Document technical issues and solutions.
Coordinate with vendors for hardware repair or replacement.
Ensure compliance with IT policies, cybersecurity protocols, and data protection regulations in Saudi Arabia.
Provide support for virtual meetings, VoIP phones, and other communication tools.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Proven experience as an IT Technician or relevant position (2+ years preferred).
Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows 10/11, macOS), Microsoft Office Suite, and common business software.
Familiarity with Active Directory, Office 365 administration, and networking fundamentals.
