Responsibilities:
• Provide end-to-end support for Finacle Core 11x modules including Accounts, Deposits, Loans, Payments, Trade Finance, and Treasury.
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues to ensure uninterrupted banking operations.
• Analyze business requirements and configure Finacle menus, workflows, and parameters.
• Assist in system upgrades, patches, and releases, ensuring smooth deployment and minimal disruption.
• Collaborate with IT, Operations, and Business teams to resolve incidents and service requests.
• Develop and maintain documentation for processes, configurations, and troubleshooting guidelines.
• Conduct user training and support to ensure effective utilization of Finacle Core 11x.
• Participate in testing activities including UAT, regression, and integration testing during system changes.
• Support data migration, reconciliation, and validation during upgrades or system changes.
• Monitor system performance and provide recommendations for optimization and efficiency improvements.
• Liaise with Finacle vendors and consultants for advanced troubleshooting and resolution.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations, internal policies, and security standards.

Required Skills:
• Extensive functional and technical expertise in Finacle Core 11x menus.
• Strong understanding of banking processes and products (Deposits, Loans, Payments, Trade Finance, Treasury).
• Hands-on experience with system configuration, troubleshooting, and administration in Finacle Core 11x.
• Knowledge of integration points, APIs, batch processes, and Finacle workflows.
• Ability to analyze logs, error messages, and system behavior to resolve issues effectively.
• Experience in upgrades, patches, and change management within Finacle Core 11x.
• Proficiency with SQL queries for reporting and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with incident management, ticketing systems, and ITIL practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Prior experience in KSA banks is highly preferred.
• Ability to work onsite in Saudi Arabia and coordinate with global/remote teams if needed.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Certifications in Finacle Core Banking or related modules.
• Knowledge of KSA banking regulations and compliance requirements.
• Experience supporting high-volume banking environments.
