We are looking for a qualified and proactive Safety Engineer to develop, implement, and monitor health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and procedures across our project sites. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with local and international safety standards to minimize risks and protect workers, property, and the environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and enforce site-specific health and safety plans
Conduct risk assessments and job safety analyses (JSAs)
Monitor daily site operations to identify unsafe conditions and behaviors
Ensure compliance with local labor laws, HSE regulations, and client requirements
Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and recommend corrective actions
Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and toolbox talks
Maintain and submit safety reports, statistics, and documentation
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure safety is integrated into all activities
Train employees and subcontractors on HSE practices and emergency response procedures
Implement and promote a strong safety culture across the organization

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
Certified in NEBOSH IGC, IOSH, or equivalent HSE certifications
Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience as a Safety Engineer in construction, oil & gas, or heavy industries
Knowledge of ISO 45001 and OSHA standards
Strong understanding of hazard identification and risk management
Excellent communication and report-writing skills
Ability to work in high-pressure and site-based environments
